BLENDED LEARNING SOLUTIONS INCREASE FLEXIBILITY, RETENTION AND ACCESSIBILITY
There is a fundamental shift in global education practices that is taking place as a result of the synergy and economies of scale inherent in web-based training. In simple terms, web-based training is more convenient for students, administrators, and instructors. At CMKG, we don't believe that an eLearning soution is highly effective, unless it is included as part of a blended learning solution. CMKG's blended learning solutions include eLearning, workshops, fill-in-the-blank notes, reference documents, live webinars, discussion groups, study guides, testing and classroom training.
CMKG's web-based training uses the internet for delivery of accredited courses, which provide the foundation of our blended eLearning approach. CMKG's eLearning center allows students to access eLearning course videos, course materials, reference information, and testing anywhere and anytime their schedule permits. The student uses his or her own computer at home or at work. Students can correspond and share ideas with other students taking the same course anonymously through our live discussion groups, and correspond with instructor/mentors via e-mail for clarification of concepts. CMKG is creating a learning community within its eLearning center that expands beyond just providing eLearning.
CMKG runs live webinars to create an ongoing learning platform for students who want to attend regular training sessions (that provide additional content to what is included in the accredited courses). They also uselive webinars for corporate group discussions which is mediated by the instructor and facilitated in real time via Gotowebinar. Live webinars are also run to create an ongoing learning platform for students who want to attend regular training sessions (that provide additional content to what is included in the accredited courses).
Classroom training is is a very costly business venture, which we like to "save" for completing case studies and having students complete presentations in front of their peers. We have found through our experience that this is the most beneficial way to maximize the classroom components of any blended training programs.
Corporate clients can choose the types of training options that are most important to them, based on their unique needs and budgets.
