What makes CMKG's training unique?

CMKG offers relevant & engaging online training, in topics associated with category management.

  • Maximize Individual Learning Preferences: CMKG’s training programs provide two different vehicles for accessing the training through “live” webinars and/or recorded webinars. Individuals who prefer to have a more scheduled approach to the training can register for the “live” webinars, while individuals who want to have more flexibility in their schedule can choose to watch the recorded webinars in CMKG’s training library. Both options are available to all participants, with the “live” sessions being based on the “Live” Webinar training schedule.
  •  Create Sustainability: CMKG’s training programs are available to individuals & organizations “24/7”. This sustainable training allows new hires or participants who want to upgrade their skills, the opportunity to enroll in the training based on their immediate needs.
  • Make the Training Relevant for the Learner: CMKG’s training programs include hands-on, workshops & relevant industry examples. In the CACM program, participants learn new skills and then connect these skills to their individual roles through the hands-on workshops. They also connect these skills to the case study, where they are responsible for developing a category plan in the coffee category.
  • Followup and Reinforcement: CMKG strongly encourages manager participation with the individual(s) or team(s) going through the CACM training. This reinforcement of understanding increases relevancy for participants, and bridges the gap between learning & doing. If participants are going to apply what they've learned to their roles, they need to practice their new skills and learn to ask questions to peers, managers, and experts within their organization.
