OSCAR IBAZETA, Business Development Partner - Peru, Bolivia & Ecuador

Oscar has 14 years of experience in leading companies in the Retail industry in Peru including many accomplishments in the business development area, where he always managed to keep his teams engaged and motivated.

He developed the Portal Peru-Retail as a way of sharing his knowledge and insights of the Retail Industry in Peru through training and research projects. The ultimate goal is to turn Peru-Retail into the go-to organization for retailers in Peru.

Oscar also works as a consultant for many companies in Ecuador, Bolivia and Peru, participates regularly as keynote speaker in different retail Conferences, writes weekly articles for the “Apuntes Retail” blog in the news media “Semana Economica” and collaborates with articles for the Diario Gestion newspaper.

PATY LOPEZ  Business Development Partner, Mexico

Paty has a degree in Business Management from the TEC College of Monterrey, Mexico, 3 Masters Degrees (Including an MBA from Texas A&M International University) and many years of experience in category management, trade marketing, and customer business development. She worked at Procter & Gamble for over 10 years in the areas of trade marketing, category management, as well as key account manager for different channels (including cash & carry, pharmacies, self-services, proximity and club stores).

Paty has also worked with Analyse2, a software development company that offers shopper-centric solutions for FMCG retailers and suppliers. Paty is currently co-founder of the first blog in Spanish dedicated entirely to category management, elcatmandehoy.com. She is also the General Manager at CATMANDOO.MX, a company dedicated to “end-to-end” category management.
