Oscar has 14 years of experience in leading companies in the Retail industry in Peru including many accomplishments in the business development area, where he always managed to keep his teams engaged and motivated.

Paty has a degree in Business Management from the TEC College of Monterrey, Mexico, 3 Masters Degrees (Including an MBA from Texas A&M International University) and many years of experience in category management, trade marketing, and customer business development. She worked at Procter & Gamble for over 10 years in the areas of trade marketing, category management, as well as key account manager for different channels (including cash & carry, pharmacies, self-services, proximity and club stores).

Paty has also worked with Analyse2, a software development company that offers shopper-centric solutions for FMCG retailers and suppliers. Paty is currently co-founder of the first blog in Spanish dedicated entirely to category management, She is also the General Manager at CATMANDOO.MX, a company dedicated to “end-to-end” category management.
