Why Certification? The choice to certify your team or organization is a question only you can answer. We can help you understand the question based on what your short-and-long-term plans are.
Certification brings many benefits to organizations, but it’s not the only way to ensure that your team performs at its best level. Category management certification is sometimes necessary if your partners are certified or you are looking to create new strategic relationships.
When the Category Management Association developed standards in 2009, CMKG was at the discussion table and helped shape what has since become a way for professional to connect with peers aroud the world and further their careers through best practices and current knowledge.
Certification requires a training element as well as a written, online exam. Preparing for proctored, certified exams that are executed by the CMA is not the same as being trained - you need additional study time to prepare to write the exam. We have created a robust set of online study and practice materials to get your teams prepared for exams in the way that suits them best.
