Why start with an assessment? Knowledge of where skills are lacking is the first step toward meeting your goals.

Starting with an assessment is a great way for organizations, teams, or individuals to understand where their knowledge gaps exist. Individuals can be informed and motivated to learn based on identification of their knowledge gap areas. At CMKG we have had over 3,000 individuals complete an assessment that gives them a roadmap to learning based on their results. Our assessments are developed from a bank of test questions that span our 70+ on-demand courses.

CMKG’s 3-Step Assessment Process

Teams and organizations can understand where knowledge gaps exist in CatMan, Shopper Insights, and Sales with a simple 3-step process — it’s designed to help you meet your goals with targeted training.

1. Complete the Assessment

Our assessments contain between 75–140 questions each and have time limits for completion. Individual results are not shared with anyone outside of CMKG.ORG.

2. Review Results

Get an automated email from cmkgbot@gmail.com with your % and point score. An 80% overall score is suggested and a 70%+ score for each of the sections.

3. Get Personalized Plan

Once our team reviews your results, you’ll get a second email that details where you can choose to start to address the gaps indicated on assessment results.
